    We're fixing a major issue (Incorrect status of pollers in top counter) with a software update on August 17st, 2026 between noon and 2 pm.

    During that time, you might experience a brief, maximum one-hour, service interruption.

    Additionally, some customers have experienced poller disconnections. To prevent this, we recommend updating your pollers to the latest version (25.10.11).

    More generally, we recommend keeping your pollers always up to date.

    UPDATE:

    Our technical analysis is complete. We have confirmed that the issue is strictly linked to older poller versions. All pollers operating on the latest version are confirmed to be working as expected.

    CONFIRMED FINDINGS & RECOMMENDED ACTIONS:

    Root Cause: Confirmed to affect older poller versions.

    Current Status: Pollers running the latest version (25.10.11) are fully functional, with normal connectivity confirmed.

    Action Required: We strongly advise upgrading any remaining 24.10.x pollers to 25.10.11 to restore and ensure ongoing connectivity.

    The Centreon team has identified the specific list of impacted pollers and is conducting a deeper technical analysis to resolve the underlying root cause.

    Affected Versions: Upgrading from older 24.10.x pollers to version 25.10.11 resolves the issue.

    Non-Impacted Versions: Pollers already running version 25.10.11 are not affected.

    Action Required: We recommend upgrading any affected 24.10.x pollers to 25.10.11 to restore normal connectivity.

      Together with many bug and security fixes, this update brings the following:

      • Business Activities can now be configured through an interactive tree. The whole hierarchy is displayed and saved on a single page, with expand and collapse actions and a more compact layout.

      • Resource Status is significantly faster on many search use cases, including the default Unhandled alerts filter, free-text search, searching on several tags, and sorting by severity level.

      • In MAP, meta-services can now be used in the Metric Link widget, so you can visualize the cumulative inbound and outbound traffic of a network link.

      • On the Centreon Collect side, the Centreon Monitoring Agent now honors check timeperiods. Update your pollers and agents to benefit from it.

      • Availability: Monitoring data ingestion, alerts, and UI/API access may be temporarily unavailable.

      • Data Handling: Data collected during the maintenance window will be queued and automatically synchronized upon completion.

    Corrective actions were successfully implemented, and the service has returned to normal operating levels.
    We are continuing a deeper investigation to identify preventative measures and avoid similar performance impacts in the future.
